I have been working lately on becoming less cynical. I don't like that side of myself. It's not a becoming trait. But I got majorly derailed this weekend in that effort now that Palin is back in the headlines.

I honestly don't think she will be in the headlines for long. Once she steps down as governor at the end of this month, there will be a little more noise; but then, she won't really have a platform anymore. If she is considering a run for the presidency, it will be awfully difficult for her to create buzz for herself way up there in Alaska without the benefit of a state office.
