3 a.m. The couch. Me. A bowl of Kraft Mac 'n Cheese. Sheryl Crow on Larry King Live. Followed by a few minutes of The O'Reilly Factor (I'm still spinning after a short stay in his "No Spin Zone"). Followed by 2 episodes of Roseanne on Nick at Nite.
Not my finest hour.

It'll soon be over, just hang in there. Then you will be up at 3am for a different reason. Hope not too often, for your sake.
this post makes me feel guilty-- that i couldn't be awake with you with a brooklyn bomb, philly cheesesteak, and tear-jerker movie to watch with you!
I am still trying to figure out what's wrong with this scenario. Mac and Cheese and Roseanne- doesn't get any better than that, or wait it does, Night Court and double stuffed oreos AND Mac and Cheese.
Not your finest hour, eh?
Okay, here's mine: Wearing not much more than black socks, sandals & a robe, standing at length in front of the 'fridge, staring dully as though it were a TV, eating ice cream out of the carton with a fork. Nice visual, eh?
Fear not, 'this, too, shall pass.' Mine did, yours will, too.

only if you were finishing that up with a tequila shot would I be worried about you...that sounds mighty fine to ME! (PS. I have to read an article about roseanne for film class this week - you can claim her as an example of the feminist reclamation of politicized melodrama through the trope of female outrageousness.)(Or you can just laugh at their outfits. That's generally what I do.)
